EMPOWERMENT

SyPoDe© Empowerment is the part of the SyPoDe© method that addresses the following needs

1- Define goals that are clear, precise, really ambitious and right to them. Indeed, the more it is so, the more you and/or your team is likely to achieve it. 

2- Identify you and/or your team's singular, adapted and ecological solutions.

3- Develop the corresponding needed abilities from within,

4- Apply these solutions in you and/or your team's own but efficient ways.

SyPoDe© Empowerment is very complementary and synergistic with SyPoDe© Trainings. Indeed, training provide advice or methods on what to do to achieve a specific goal goal. But between knowing what should be done and being able to indeed do it, their is a gap that the SyPoDe© Empowerment aims at filling.

There are different SyPoDe© Empowerment formulas (see below).

Teams

It is possible to do collective SyPoDe© Empowerment sessions (days or half days), either for Direction boards, an entire Department (made up with several teams) or a single team.

It can also mix teams from different departments of the organization.

In any case, it will always be fully customized to the specific needs and focused on achieving a shared, measurable, and very ambitious strategic goal. It is even more useful in a context of crisis.

Individuals

The SyPoDe© Empowerment sessions for individuals are in 1-to-1 and  fully personalized.

It is particularly powerful for who ever wants to quickly unlock specific blockages and grow even further.

It is adapted either for employees of an organisation, or for people in private who pursue personal goals and finance this by themselves.

Meaningful effects can be felt within the very first first hours.

Peer-Coaching

Enables people from diverse backgrounds to effectively overcome the challenges of a major change, with the support of others experiencing the same type of situation, for similar reasons.

Ideal for anyone seeking comprehensive and personalized support, to achieve rapid, consistent, and measurable progress.

Manage the feeling of Guilt

Guilt is the feeling that, if not properly managed, highly lowers powerfulness and leads to conter-productive behaviors. Conversely, properly manage guilt leads to structurally increase powerfulness

Successfully go through a Crisis

Because of the underlying strong strategic stakes, a crisis is a situation requiring to be as powerful as possible, whereas it actually generates many typical feelings and emotions which, if not managed, can lead to the exact opposite.
